Use & care

Follow the instructions supplied with the burner and your chosen incense. When using incense charcoal, use a suitable insulating layer of sand as directed by the manufacturer. Use only in a well-ventilated space, away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. Ensure any suspension support is secure, heat-resistant and positioned with ample clearance above and around the burner.

Brass and fittings can become very hot. Do not touch, move or swing the burner while incense or charcoal is burning. Never leave it unattended. Allow the burner, charcoal and ash to cool completely before opening, emptying or cleaning. Wipe gently with a soft cloth once cool.
